Terminal Service Expired Message?

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Please follow the instructions in this link:  Terminal Server License Instructions
  2. Uninstall Citrix using the icons shown on your main Persimmony screen--Click on Citrix Cleanup Utility and follow the instructions.
  3. Reinstall Citrix by clicking on Install Citrix Receiver Windows 10 if you have Windows 10 on your computer OR Install Citrix Receiver if you have any other version of Windows.
  4. Reboot your computer
  5. Open your browser, log into Persimmony and launch the Persimmony application.
