Please note that the Persimmony Support website does not use the same credentials as the suite of Persimmony products.
Credentials for CaseManagement, TimeStudy, First5, or the Persimmony Suite will not allow access to the Persimmony Support website. Please create a unique login by following the instructions below.
New Users of the Support Website
Please click Sign Up and follow the instructions.
Enter your full name and email address, then pass a reCAPTCHA test, and select REGISTER.
An activation email will be sent to your inbox. Click the link in the activation email to finish setting up your account by creating a password.
Note: If, when you click REGISTER, a red error message appears that “Email has already been taken”, your email address is already linked to an existing account. Please follow the directions below for Returning Users of the Support Website.
Returning Users of the Support Website
If you have previously submitted a ticket to Persimmony Support via either our support website or via email (email@example.com), then you already have an account. You may, however, have to complete a one-time password reset to access your account.
To reset your password, please select LOGIN and then Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and select RESET MY PASSWORD.
A password reset link will be sent to your email inbox. Click the link in the email to finish setting up your account by creating a new password.
