Submitting a Ticket and Viewing Ticket History

Persimmony Suite:


To submit a new support ticket:


1. Navigate to Submit a Ticket at the bottom left corner of your screen.


To view the history of your tickets:


1. Navigate to Help Center.

2. Select Tickets.

2. You will see a list of all your tickets and their status.  You may use the filtering options to show only Open or Closed, filter by Date, etc.  

3. Select the ticket you wish to view.

4. Select Reply to respond.  If the ticket is Closed, replying back will re-open the ticket. 



All Other Platforms:

  • You can view the status of your tickets at support.persimmony.com.  Use your Persimmony credentials to login. 
  • Click Tickets
  • Click the drop-down arrow to select the status of the tickets you wish to view.
