1. Visit support.persimmony.com.
2. Login to your Persimmony Support account.

3. For users who have logged in, the Home page will display an Events section within the Knowledge Base.
4. Click either CaseManagement or First5, depending on which Persimmony module you use.
5. Click the article title for the event that you would like to watch.
6. From within the article, navigate the embedded Vimeo video player to view the event.
