To create a new user for Persimmony First 5:
1. Select Security.
2. Select +New User.
3. Check the Current Fiscal Year.
4. Choose the Agency from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Add.
Note: Current Fiscal Year should be checked (by default). This ensures that only active agencies will appear in the dropdown.
6. Enter the user's first and last name, email address and phone number.
7. Enter any other relevant information that you need.
8. Select Add.
Note: There is no need to remember the system generated password. The user will receive an automated email with instructions to change their password.
Give the system a moment to update and the new user account will open.
The new user will also appear in the list of users.
You now have the ability to customize the specific security settings from their new user profile.
