IMPORTANT: Please do not delete users.  Instead, deactivate them. 


To Deactivate / Activate a User


Step 1: Select Security.

Step 2: Locate the User in the User List.

Step 3: Select the appropriate User.

Step 4: Under Permissions, click the dropdown arrow and select Inactive or Active. 



Note: If you are activating a user who also exists in another site, you may encounter a pop-up notification. If you have issues and are not able to activate the user, please submit a support ticket.
