Resetting your Password: The following instructions can be used to update your password for either Persimmony Suite or Legacy.  If you are a user in both platforms, your password will be updated for both sites.


Note: For security purposes, the system will lock you out for a period of approximately 30 minutes after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.  If you are having trouble, please submit a support ticket for further assistance. 


1. Navigate to https://web.persimmony.com/

2. Select Forgot Password.




3. Enter your email address and confirm the Captcha information.

4. Select Send Email.


Note:  Please ensure the email address entered is the email address that is listed in your User profile. If you are unsure, please check with your administrator.

5. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email address. 

6. Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your password. 


Notes:  Depending on your agency's security policies, you may need to check your spam or quarantine folders for the password reset email. 


If you are also a user in Legacy, this password reset will update your Legacy password as well.
