How to Clear Your Cache, Cookies and Browser History
If you’re experiencing issues such as site slowness, freezing, or similar problems, we recommend clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history. This action can often resolve many of these common issues.
1. Within an open browser window, click the 3 dots on the right side of your screen.
2. Then select Privacy, search and services.
3. Under Delete browsing data, select Choose what to clear next to Clear browsing data now.
4. Within the pop-up, change the time range to All-time.
5. Use the scroll bar to choose what you would like to clear.
6. Select Clear Now.
Note: The screenshot below shows the items that should be cleared.
Performing this action will sign you out of all sites, so you will need to log back in.
