In this video, I guide you through accessing and utilizing teaching documents within assessments. I demonstrate how to find and view available documents for assessments, including how to print and add additional documents. I also show how to check for teachings available per question.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing teaching documents related to assessments, including how to print, view, and check availability for all or specific questions.
Accessing Assessments in Setup
Navigate to the Setup Menu:
- Open the Setup option from the main menu.
- Select Assessments.
Find the Desired Assessment:
- Search for the specific assessment you want to manage.
- Click on the assessment to view available options.
Viewing and Printing Teaching Documents for an Entire Assessment
Open Teaching Documents:
- Click on the Menu option within the assessment.
- Select Teaching Documents.
Print and View Documents:
- Review the available teaching documents for the entire assessment.
- Use the provided options to print or view these documents.
Add Additional Documents:
- Teaching documents can also be imported to include additional resources for the assessment.
Checking for Teaching Availability per Question
Access All Assessment Settings:
- Navigate back to the assessment menu and select All Assessment Settings.
Show Teaching Availability:
- Click on the Show-Hide Columns option.
- Scroll through the list and locate the Teaching column.
- Drag the Teaching column into the display area.
Filter by Teaching Availability:
- Use the filter to identify questions with teaching materials.
- Select "Yes" to view questions with teaching resources.
Review Topics and Questions:
- View the corresponding topics and question numbers with available teaching materials (e.g., Topic 2, Question 10 and 11).
