Activities Overview and Navigation
The Activity List section of the Client Profile allows you to add, edit, delete, and review Client Services, Assessments, and Referrals.
Note: The options visible on your screen may vary depending on the functionality configured for your site or your user.
Activities Overview
The Activity List displays a list of all Client Activities.
Sorting the Activity List
You can sort the items in the list using the buttons at the top: Type, Date, Name, and Program.
Key:
- Type: Identified by the letters A, R, or S.
- A = Assessment
- R = Referral
- S = Service
- Date: Indicates when the Activity occurred.
- Name: The name of the Service, Assessment, or Referral.
- Program: The program providing the Activity.
- The red delete icon deletes the Activity.
Deleting an Activity
To delete an Activity, click the red delete icon. A confirmation box will appear. Select Yes to permanently remove the Activity.
Viewing Activity Details
Click on an Activity to see detailed information, including the user who entered it. You can also add notes, copy the activity, or view additional details (see Figure 4).
Details Available:
- Program: The program providing the Activity.
- Name: The specific Activity name.
- Date Provided: When the Activity was completed.
- User Logged In: Who entered the Activity.
- Date Entered: When it was entered into the system.
- Unique ID: The system-generated ID for the Activity.
- Program Filter: Option to show Activities from other programs.
Opening an Activity
To open an existing Assessment or Referral in the Activity List, double-click it. This will display detailed information, allowing you to:
- Edit the Activity.
- Print the Assessment or Referral.
- Return to the Client Profile.
