Managing Client Assessments
View, add, edit, and manage assessments for your Clients. Assessments include screening tools (e.g., ASQ) and intake forms that support your services.
Viewing Client Assessments
Client assessments are displayed in the Activity List section of the Client Profile.
Assessments are identified by an “A” in the Activity List.
- Single-click on an Assessment to view its details, such as the Assessment ID and date administered.
- Double-click to open the Assessment for further review.
Assessment details are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Opening and Navigating Assessments
Once an Assessment is opened:
Use Topics to navigate between sections.
View and complete Questions.
Use the Print feature to print or download the completed Assessment.
Printing an Assessment
To generate and print an Assessment.
Click the Print button within the open Assessment.
Select the document type you want to print and confirm.
Use the document viewer to Print or Save.
Adding a New Assessment
From the Client Profile click New.
Choose Assessment and select the appropriate Program and Assessment.
Note: Changing the program will change which assessments are available to use.Enter the Assessment Date using the drop-down calendar, then click OK.
Complete the Assessment fields, which may include:
- Dropdowns: Select from a list
- Text Fields: Enter text or numbers
- Checkboxes: Check or uncheck as needed
- Memo Fields: Add notes or comments
Note: The changes to the assessment are automatically saved as you go. You can exit and return later to finish.
Deleting an Assessment
In the Activity List, click the red delete icon next to the Assessment
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
