Managing Client Services

The Client Services feature allows you to track and manage Services provided to Clients.


Viewing Client Services

Services appear in the Activity List and are marked with an “S” identifier.

  • Access Service Details: Click a Service to view or edit details.


Service Details Overview

When viewing a Service, key fields include:

  1. Program: Program providing the service.
  2. (Activity) Date: Date the service was provided.
  3. Funding Source: Source of the service’s funding.
  4. Staff ID: User providing the service.
  5. Return: Checkbox for return status.
  6. Entered By: User who entered the Service into the Client Profile.
  7. (Entered) Date: Date the Service was recorded.
  8. Unique ID: Unique Service ID generated by the system.


Functions include:

  1. Copy to Family: Copy Service details to linked Family Members
  2. Notes: Add or view Service notes 

Printing 

  1. Print: Select the Print button to view export options.


Adding a New Service

  1. Click New Activity in the Client Profile

  2. Choose Service in the New Activity pop-up

  3. Complete the required fields

    • Start Date: When the Service began.
    • End Date: Service completion date (if applicable).
    • Duration: Time spent.
    • Count: Number of times the Service was provided.
    • Service Site: Where the Service was delivered.
  4. Click OK



Deleting a Service

  1. Click the red delete icon next to the service in the Activity List

  2. Confirm Deletion: Click Yes in the confirmation window (see Figure 14).
