How to Close Assessments
This article explains how to close assessments in Suite-ECM. You will learn the steps to close activities, understand the available options, and manage assessments that require closure.
Closing an Assessment
From an Open Assessment Screen:
- In the Assessment Information Pane, select Close Activity to close the assessment while keeping it open for editing.
- Alternatively, on the last activity screen, select Finish and Close Activity to close the assessment and return to the client's chart.
From the Client’s Chart:
- Navigate to the client’s chart.
- Select the assessment you wish to close.
- In the Assessment Information Pane, select Close Activity.
Key Notes:
- Clicking any Close Activity button will trigger a validation process. If there are unanswered required questions, an error message will appear.
- Once an activity is closed, the Closed column in the client’s chart will display "Yes."
- If an assessment closure is not required, the Closed column will display "N/A," and the Close Activity button will not be available.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Unanswered Questions: Ensure all required questions are answered before closing an activity.
- Error Messages: If you receive an error during closure, review the validation pop-up to identify and resolve any missing information.
