Managing Assessment Closure in the Setup Module

This section explains how administrators and users with Setup access can manage assessments in the Setup Module. You will learn how to filter assessments and review closure permissions.


Steps to Manage Assessments

Accessing Assessments:

  1. Navigate to Setup > Assessments.

Using Filters to Search Assessments:

  • Program: Filter by specific programs to view relevant assessments. By default, all programs are selected.
  • ID: Search by the assessment’s unique ID number if known.
  • Assessment Name: Search for assessments by typing the name or scrolling through the list.
  • Status: Filter assessments by selecting Active (default) or Inactive. You can also choose to view all statuses.

Reviewing Permissions:

  • In the Permissions Pane, review the "Close" setting:
    • If Close is selected, the assessment must be closed.
    • If Close is not selected, the Closed column will display "N/A," indicating closure is not required.
