How to Sign and Un-sign Assessments

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to un-sign assessments that have already been signed in Suite, along with tips on verifying and re-signing assessments if needed.


1. Introduction

  • Purpose: Learn how to locate, sign and un-sign assessments.
  • Context: This guide uses a demo site with access to the Signature feature based on security permissions.

2. Accessing the Signature Screen

  1. Navigate to Clients in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on Signature to open the Signature screen.

3. Setting Filters

Program Filter

  • By default, all programs are shown.
  • You can deselect or select specific programs to refine your view.

User Group Filter

  • All user groups are selected by default.
  • To adjust:
    • Deselect all user groups.
    • Scroll or type the name to select specific groups.

4. Viewing Signed Assessments

  1. The default view displays assessments that have not been signed.
  2. To view signed assessments:
    • Click on the column header to filter by signed assessments.
    • Select "Yes" to display only signed assessments.

5. Selecting an Assessment to Un-sign

  1. Identify the assessment you wish to un-sign.
    • Example: Initial ISP for client 310 810.
  2. Highlight the assessment by selecting the checkbox next to it.

6. Unsigned Confirmation

  1. Click on the un-sign option in the menu.
  2. A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your action.

7. Verifying the Un-signing Process

  1. Once confirmed, the assessment will be removed from the signed list.
  2. To locate the unsigned assessment:
    • Change the filter to display "No" under the signed column.

8. Signing an Assessment Again (If Needed)

  1. To re-sign an assessment:
    • Select the desired assessment.
    • Click the sign button at the top of the screen.
  2. Confirm the action to ensure the assessment is signed again.
