Site Resources Overview

Site Resources in the Help Center provides a centralized location for sites to store and share their own content. This feature is designed to support consistent access to important materials, such as programmatic guidelines and internal resource lists. All uploaded content, including documents and URLs, is automatically made available to all users in the site.


Maintaining Site Resources

Users with access to Setup can manage the content in Site Resources, including the following tasks:

  1. Add New Resources
    Upload documents or URLs to share with site users.

  2. Rename Existing Resources
    Update the names of resources to keep content relevant and clear.

  3. Remove Outdated or Unnecessary Content
    Delete resources that are no longer needed.

  4. Filter or Sort Resources
    Use filtering or sorting options to navigate the table of existing resources more efficiently.
