Site Resources Overview and Management

Site Resources in the Help Center provides a centralized location for sites to store and share their own content. This feature supports consistent access to important materials, such as programmatic guidelines and internal resource lists. All uploaded content, including documents and URLs, is automatically available to all users in the site.


Accessing and Managing Site Resources

How to Access Site Resources

  1. Navigate to Setup in the main menu.
  2. Select Site Resources from the list of options.

Managing Site Resources

Users with access to Setup can manage Site Resources by performing the following tasks:

Add New Resources

  1. From the Site Resources page, click Add.
  2. Upload the document or enter the URL to share with site users.
  3. Save your changes to make the resource available to all users.

Rename Existing Resources

  1. Locate the resource you want to update in the list.
  2. Click the Edit Icon next to the resource name.
  3. Update the name to ensure content remains clear and relevant.
  4. Save your changes.

Remove Outdated or Unnecessary Content

  1. Identify the resource to delete.
  2. Click the Red Delete Icon next to the resource.
  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the resource from the list.

Filter or Sort Resources

Use the available filtering or sorting options on the Site Resources page to navigate the list more efficiently. This makes it easier to find, edit, or remove specific resources.


By following these steps, users with access to Setup can ensure that Site Resources remain organized, up-to-date, and accessible to all site users.
