How to Provide Feedback to Staff Members

This help article assists supervisors in providing feedback to staff members within the Suite-ECM. The guide covers steps from accessing the relevant area to adding and managing feedback.
Accessing the Signature Screen
Navigate to the Menu: Start by selecting the Signature from the menu options. If you initially see only “Clients,” click to expand it for access to the Client Profile and Signature.
Verify Access: Access is typically available to supervisors, depending on your security group settings.
Utilizing Filters for Efficient Feedback Management
- Apply Necessary Filters: At the top of the Signature area, set filters to streamline the information display:
- Program Filter: Set to default or specify a particular program.
- User Group Filter: Adjust to view only those groups you manage.
- Additional Filters:
- Signed: Set to show unsigned items.
- Days Since Activity: Filter for activities older than 30 days.
Reviewing Entries for Feedback
Explore the Signature Area: This area lists entries with details like Client ID, Activity Name, and Feedback Status. Look for assessments that need your signature.
Examine Specific Assessments: Double-click an assessment to review:
- Client details and activities completed.
- Any existing feedback.
- Navigate using the ‘Next’ button.
Adding Your Feedback
- Provide Your Input: Choose a topic within the assessment, input your feedback, and save. Your feedback will be timestamped and associated with your name. A prompt will appear if you try to exit before saving.
Viewing and Following Up on Feedback
Check Feedback Status: In the Client's Activity List, feedback appears in the Feedback column, highlighted for visibility. On the Signature area, an "Incomplete" status shows pending case manager responses.
Monitor Updates: Refresh the Signature area periodically to see updated feedback responses.
