Why am I seeing this message?

This message appears because your contract includes a limited number of active user seats. When all purchased seats have been allocated to active users, the system will display this pop-up, indicating that no additional users can be added.


How do I add more users?

You have two options for adding users:

  1. Deactivate Existing Users

    • Free up seats by deactivating users who no longer need access.
    • Once a seat becomes available, you can assign it to a new user.
  2. Purchase Additional Seats

    • If you need more user seats beyond your current allocation, you can purchase additional ones.

How do I purchase more seats?

To purchase additional seats:

  1. Contact our support team by submitting a ticket.
  2. A team member will guide you through the process to increase your seat allocation.
