Viewing Client Events

The Client Events feature allows you to view all events linked to a specific client. This tool improves accessibility and organization, making it easier to track and manage client interactions directly from their profile.


Key Features

View Client Events

  1. Navigate to the Client Profile.
  2. Click on Events in the menu.

From this view, you can see all events linked to the client, including:

  • The user who created the event
  • The subject line of the event
  • The event type (if populated)
  • The date and time of the event

Permissions and Data Privacy

  • If your permissions do not allow access to other users’ schedules, you will not see events created by other users.
  • A call-out message will appear at the top of the page to inform you if access to certain events is restricted.

Add and Export Events

  • Add Events: Create a new event directly from the client events view.
  • Export Events: Export the event list for further review or analysis.

Filter and Sort

The events list can be filtered, sorted, and searched using various criteria, such as:

  • Event type
  • User
  • Date

This functionality ensures you can easily find and manage events associated with a client.
