Printing the Client Record with Activities

Objective

This guide provides a clear and concise process for printing client records accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is included and reducing the risk of errors.


Steps to Print Client Records

1. Access the Client Profile

  • Open the Client Profile in the relevant system.
  • Locate and select the specific client profile you wish to print.

2. Initiate the Print Process

  • Select the Print icon within the Client Profile.

3. Select the Print Option

  • In the Available Prints menu, choose Client Record.

4. Choose Enrollment (If Applicable)

  • If the client has multiple enrollments, select the specific enrollment you want to print.

5. Include Activities (Optional)

  • To include the client’s activities in the printout, enable the Include Activities toggle.

6. Open the Print Dialog

  • Select the Open button to proceed to the print dialog.

7. Finalize Printing or Saving

  • You can now either:
    • Print the client record directly, or
    • Save it to your computer for future reference.
